What can a socially aware Swedish entrepreneur like Björn Sundeby offer this reborn country? And what support can he expect from organisations like Sida and Swedfund, for instance, or from Sweden’s embassy in Rwanda? With these and other questions in mind, Björn set off for the Rwandan capital of Kigali in the autumn of 2017 to meet, among others, the minister responsible for ICT and leading figures in the education and digitisation fields.
